1. What is Remote Access computer support?
Remote computer support, also known as "online support" , allows us to remotely view your computer screen and securely fix most computer and network problems right through the Internet via remote control. This type of computer support works through "desktop sharing" technology. What this means is you allowed us remote your computer and fix the computer for you.

We accept for cash and online transfer. Supported bank is Maybank and Public Bank. Or you may sign off our yearly plan package. You can enjoy our member price and get more cheaper services in future. We believe that it will save more cost for you.
3. Why is Remote Access computer support better than more traditional support options?
Traditional computer support options have been to wait on hold with a PC or software vendor, take your computer to a local repair shop and wait for days for your PC to be repaired (costly) or to wait for a technician to visit your home (also, very costly). Remote computer support allows us to interact directly with your computer so you don't have to perform often complicated telephone instructions on how to fix your computer yourself. In this way our technicians can identify and resolve problems faster, which costs you less.

4. Can you send a technician to my home/office for support?
Yes. We can send a certified technician to your home or office anywhere in the Malaysia. Most service requests can be fulfilled within 24 hours.
5. What can your Technicians fix remotely or over the phone?
Our technicians can fix most software and system problems remotely or over the phone. We send out onsite support as necessary but almost all non-hardware support can be done remotely

Our working hour is from 9am - 6pm. Anyway, our online support is 24/7. You can send us email or chat with us for the online support.
8. What if my problem is not resolved?
We offer a no-fix no-fee policy for all online support sessions provided to our customers. In the unlikely event that we do not resolve your problem, then we will full refund back to you. It is only applicable for online services. |
